Shipping Policy

We want your order to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. This page explains how Zoe delivers.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1-2 hours of being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are prepared on the next business day.

Delivery times

• Kuwait: Within 24 hours after the order is prepared.
• Other GCC countries: usually 3–7 business days, where available.

Delivery times are estimates. They can be longer during sales, holidays or because of circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges

The delivery charge for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-delivery offer that applies is shown there too.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation when your order is placed and another when it is handed to the courier. You can follow your order from your account at any time.

Address and delivery attempts

Please check that your address and phone number are correct. The courier will call you before delivery. If delivery fails because of a wrong address or because nobody could be reached, a second delivery may be charged.

Damaged or missing items

If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right.
