Terms of Service

These terms apply when you browse or buy from Zoe. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send you a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error or if we cannot verify payment. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you are refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the store's currency and include any taxes that apply unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include cash on delivery.

Products

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and small variations in size or finish can occur.

Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered.

Returns and refunds

If something is wrong with your order, contact us at zoe@empowerkw.com within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, or because they were made to order. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for the activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store: no fraudulent orders, no attempts to interfere with the site and no copying of its content without permission.

Intellectual property

The content of this store, including its name, logo, images and text, belongs to Zoe or its licensors.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Zoe is established.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
